solution manager no update data in EWA

Hi guru, in my EWa NO UPDATE DATA.

In Transaction activity response time is the diagram is firm to the 21.02.2010. I have anymore the active users.

can you execute abap report rtcctool in se38 tcode and check if it is recommending for any stpi and stapi patch upgrade ?

2. Please do service definitions refresh and also check if you STPI and STAPI are at latest versions.
