Hi,
In solution manager service desk when I choose Edit Message -> Action -> "Send message to SAP, I got error that "You do not have authorization to Send or Compare a notification". My user id has SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW profile auhtorization.
Please help me to solve the problem.

This is not associated with your profile authorization. There should be a S user assigned with your user and you should maintain that in ur solman system. Please check the SPRO for the guides related to Connection to SAP. Once you maintain the S user with your user id, u will be able to send message to SAP.

I had completed point 1 and 2.
For point 3, I had check table AISUSER using t.code se16. Here SAP Customer Number field is blank. No value is maintained.
So I try to maintain it using t.code SM30, but I am not able to maintain it. I try to maintain using t.code AISUSER, but here SAP Customer Number filed is not display.
So can you please guide me how maintain data in table AISUSER.
