When i'm connecting through sap router i get the following msg " Network packet too big".Also I'm able to telnet the IP address so i dont think its a network related problem.
As per the error message seems like network problem only like might be issue with bandwidth fluctuation. Please sit with u r network admin who can understand and help you.
