Billing blcok based on billing plan

Hello SDNs,

I have one requirement.. My client is maintaining the billing plans for service orders.. while creating the sales order for service items the system automatically determine billing block at billing plan level..so for billing document creation , we are removed billing block manually at billing plan type level in the service order.. Can you please suggest is there any setting to remove the billing block automatically in the service order.. and please provide config settings for automatically billing block at the billing plan level..
