Pratima,
Have you followed the wiki entry to troubleshoot your problem:
http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/CRM/TroubleshootingGroupware-CRMtoNotesCRM2007ABAP+Mapbox
Take a look at that guide, and let me know where things broke down,
Stephen

Hello Stephen,
These are the actions I performed after following the GWI guide completely:
1. Changed customizing settings for the 'Filter settings for BP exchange with Groupware' [ filter inclusion for GWEMP AND
EMPL roles ]and added new BP role ' GWEMP'. Hence did customziing download of 'gwa_bp_cust' and 'gwa_bp_roles'
2. Did initial download of BUPA_MAIN with filter set in R3AC1 for specific 5 BPs only as I did not want all BPs to be downloaded.
This I have done maybe 3rd time as the Userlist.xml was not getting updated.
-
Actions :
1. CRI* queue generated in the SMQ1and processed successfully.
2. UserList.xml not updated
3. Connector log says ....'Failed to get message from Data queue'
-
Now following the steps in Troubleshooting ,writing only where there is a difference
1. Have used subscriptions Customers (is_customer != 'X', pub = BUPA_MAIN BY is not customer) and Customers (is_customer
= 'X' pub = BUPA_MAIN by is_customer) instead of 'All Business Partners'
CRM_MAPBOX = 'X' in ISPCFG
It also has MAPBOX_RFC_DESTINATION and UserList_Completed set.
3. CRMD_MBA_GUISTOR = 0 values
4. Was looking at the inbound queues after initial download (CRI* and ISP_D*, even though for the initial download with filters
set in R3AC1 no ISP_D* was generated and when I did not use filters CRI* and ISP_D* was generated ) as mentioned in the
GWI guide .
But there were ISP_O queues with NOSEND status in the Outbound queue .
This is the filter settings we are maintaining to transfer only GWEmployees and Employees, Apart from this, I have added a filter to download only 5 bp by number['cos without this filter there were a huge number of BPs selected for download]
Appln. BP Catg Obj. part Incl. Filter Exclusive Filter CRM->GW
Scenario
BUPA 1 X X
BUPA 1 BUP003 X X
BUPA 1 GWEMP X X
BUPA 2 X X
BUPA 3 X X
Thanks.
P
Sorry for the late reply back, It's been a busy last couple of days for me, but I wanted to give you an answer.
I think the issue is with your filter/subscriptions. I know you don't want all the partners, but can you run the download wide open and remove the filter and see if the userlist.xml gets generated. In addition if you have any queues in "stuck status", delete those queues before running an initial download again.
In addition you should use the all business partners instead of customers. The problem is that your employees would not be customers and the download would fail. The userlist.xml is generated for those of type employee. So I would change your subscription over to all business partners as required.
Beyond that I can't think of anything else that would cause a problem.
Take care,
Stephen
Hi Pratima,
Could you please check GENSTATUS if any error is there? Also do let us know if Middleware is fully operational with Tx-MW_CHECK.
Also request you to check if SAP Groupware Connector Administrative Tool monitoring status is Green.

Arup

Thanks Stephen,
Infact we did change the subscription to All Business Partners recently ..
But now we are facing a connector problem...
The XML is formed for BP updates etc.., but UserList.xml is still not formed...
The error we get in the logs is ' Failed to get message from data queue ' and 'Required field(s) is missing or invalid'
From CRM side, the XML is coming alright.
But the UserList. XML is not getting populated.

Pratima
Thanks Arup,
The Monitor is green for the proxy.
Regards,
Pratima
