LTA Process

Dear Gurus

I want some clearity regarding the LTA Configuration first i am telling you what is my requirment .

My requirment is if the employee working in the organization continiously two years in that case he eligible for avaling the LTA that means he able to take two month basic .

My first question is how i have to configure this scnario in the system.

Second after configuration what process i have to take for running the payroll with LTA amount.
