ChaRM:Release of system GRS not be determin during Create Transport copies

Hi ,

I am facing following error during Create Transport of copies in ChaRM Maintances Cycie.So we couldn't able release the TR.

Error : Release of system GRS could not be determined

We already checked some threads, but we couldn't get solution.

Kindly help to fix issue.
