We have migrated to CRM 7.0 and encountered some problems. This is one of the problem which we are not sure if it is configuration problem or system bug. We hope that you can help.
We create interaction records and when we open it via Interaction history, certain transactions appear in view BT126H_APPT/ApptDetails and the other appear in ICCMP_BTSHEAD/BT. The problem is it is quite random. We want it to appear in view BT126H_APPT/ApptDetails so that we can upload attachments.
We checked further and noted that view BT126H_APPT/ApptDetails will be displayed if the record status is OPEN PLAN and view ICCMP_BTSHEAD/BT will be displayed if the record status is OPEN.
Does anyone know in what situations will result in status OPEN PLAN and OPEN? Thanks.
