Problem with perfomance BPC 7.5 (windows 2003 x64) - very slowly work

Hi all,

I have problem with BPC 7.5 on windows 2003 se x64 SP2 (4 CPU, 2 Gb RAM). The BPC 7.5 is very slowly working. I did everything according to install guide. Please help resolve this problem.
