PY: HRA Calculation on Basic

Hi,

HRA = (Basic salary __ 1000 rupees) %10.

Example:- Basic is 10000 rupees, so system shoul deduct 1000 rupees from basic automatically and calculate HRA 10 percent on 9000 rupees.

How to do this? pls help me
