Hi Experts,
I am working on SRM 7.0. Our system is set up Classic mode, but we also have Standalone sceanrio. We are trying to create a Free text shopping cart with product type 02 (services). But while confirmation we are not able to see the time entry icon anywhere. Is there is activation/configuration required to view the time entry icon.
I have added the below portal and gui roles to the user
Employee (portal role com.sap.pct.srm.ro_employeeselfservice, SAP SRM Server role /SAPSRM/EMPLOYEE)
Goods Recipient (portal role com.sap.pct.srm.ro_goodsrecipient, SAP SRM Server role /SAPSRM/RECIPIENT)
I have done the below configuration already as mentioend in SAP Help
You can enter default values for time recording in Customizing for SAP Supplier Relationship Management under SRM Server Confirmation and Invoice Verification--> Define Defaults for Time Recording
I have also done the config for SAP Supplier Relationship Management under SRM Server Confirmation and Invoice Verification Define Default Setting for Limit Items. I have configured a button for BUS2203.
But still i am not able to find the enter time sheet button while performing the confiramtion. Can someone please guide.
Thanks
Dibya
Hi Dibya
The decision whether the time entry icon is active or not, is done in
BBP_PDH_SEARCH_PO_FOR_CONF_INV
IF lt_po_list-object_type EQ c_b_po.
lt_po_list_search-time_create = gc_no.
ELSE.
lt_po_list_search-time_create = gc_yes.
ENDIF.
Timesheets can only be entered in the local scenario for local PO's.
Thanks and regards
Summer

Dear Summer,
Thanks for your quick reply.
I have created a local PO but still cannot view the entry sheet.
I have checked this FM and when i tried to excute this FM i get a pop up "Error generating the test frame".
The line "IF lt_po_list-object_type EQ c_b_po" point to BUS2012. I can see in my Po that all the backend related tables are empty.
Is there any config or BAdi that has to be activated in order to view the time entry button? Can you also guide where the button is suppose to be visiable on the screen.
Thanks
Dibya
