can any body give to valuble solution my query is today i received 2000lts toluene means 8 drums out of 8 drums 4 drums is sled date 17032011 and another 4drums 17032012 can any body done this business process when i try usage decision tab only one time is possible any provision is there kindly guide me.

Hi,,

Normally material like tolune comes in Batch managed .When coming material it should be in 2 batches which is having 2 different SLED ..

When you do GRN of material with 2 line item say for 4 drums B NO-A & for *8 drums B No- B.

After GRN system will create 2 lots for 2 batches & then take result fot 2 lots so that different SLD will get updated with 2 different SLED.

But in your case you have done GRN with all QTY in with 1 line item their fore you are not abl;e to record SLEDs for the same.

same excise invoice no system not allowed, kindlly give me if any other solution
