Workitem not launcing Webdynpro application - Shopping cart approval WF

Hi,

In the shopping cart approval Workflow, the subworkflow (WS40000016) picks up the right agent and sends workitem to UWL. When I click on the Workitem in UWL, it does not launch Webdynpro application. Is there any additional configuration that needs to be done on the portal side or in Workflow side for this standard Workflow to work.

thanks,

aby.

Hi,

Do you get any error message? Which standard task ID do you use?

Hi,

TS40007943 is decision task. Please try with approval task TS40007952 or TS40007953.

Hi Masa,

Thanks for your reply.

Its a little bit interesting. I go inside the workflow builder and see that task being used is TS40007943. When I go inside workflow log and see the task against that workitem it says TS40007953. Am I missing something here or am I understanding it wrong.

Again comming to the problem, the workitem was launching webdynpro application in development and it is not working properly in testing client. We are currently rying to figure out if the portal configurations for SRM application launch are done correctly or not.

Thanks,

aby.

Hi,

I think the template has just temporally task and it is replaced at runtime based on the process level customizing.

I also think it is Portal side issue. Portal contents are old or iView access permission is missing.
