When we go to KAH2 and from there if we want to copy this groups we use by going to Group>copy and this takes a new screen where the system asks for what suffix you want to add to this group. So in the same way is there a way to add prefix to the cost element group.
I'm afraid, there is no such a way. You can, of course, create your own groups (KAH1) and base it on existing ones, and then no one will obstruct you from giving a prefix to a new name.
