I have a bo user who is trying to save 500K rows of data from BO into Excel 2007. She wants to be able to see ALL of the data on one tab in Excel. However, when I save the data from BO Webi Xi3 into Excel 07, the data is split into multiple tabs 1, 2, 3, etc. Is there a way to get all of the 500K rows of data on one tab? Excel 2007 has a 1048576 row limitation.
Thanks.
I personally dislike such use of a reporting tool like Business Objects. This tool is not for data extraction purpose. To get large volumes of records, using Business Objects is not a wise choice.

Hi
the spliting to multiple tabs has to do with the way your report was designed. You have two options:
1. You redesign the report
2. You export the report to CSV. Please note that what you get this way are the raw data as returned from the underlying universe query.
