error: "No Authentication Plugins are installed"


Hi guys/girls

I have re-installed Crystal Reports XI R2 on my new PC but having problems with accessing the Enterprise.

If I try to open a file and navigate to 'Enterprise' I get the error: "No authentication plugins are installed"

if I try to access BO Universe Buidler I get the same message message. likewise with BO Enteprise Designer and other products inmy Enterprise installation.

This all worked fine on my old PC, so i'm wondering why I am getting the error now.

I have CR installed first, and then downloaded Enterprise from Computer Associates (as it comes bundled with CA Clarity PPM)

Any ideas?
