Article Hierarchy change

Hi,

I am trying to move the article from one node to another but failing to do so. System gives message articel hierarchy data not saved.

does any have any idea about this issue? i am using IS retail 6.0 and hierarchy is time independent and t-code using is WMATGRP02

first article delete the current node, then assign to new node
