Hi CRM Gurus,
I am working on Call list management in SAPCRM 7.0. Now here i have created a call list by IC Manager business Role which i have assigned to a group. Now i am facing some problem here.
When i selects a business partner from the call list it shows as LOCKED in Call State . Now i go for account identification and confirm the employee then i create the Interaction record. When i select the status of the Interaction Record as Completed and end the Call it should update the Call State automatically as Completed so that once agent sees the Call list he should come to know that he has already made a call to this Business Partner As per this link

i have done the Call state and user status mapped and assigned the Action profile CL_TM_CLM_INTERACTION to the transaction type for Outbound Calling ( PCAL) as suggested by SAP but i am not able to see the Call state changing according the User Status.
Please help me if possible.
