Hi Experts,
I have configured SAP CRM WebDAV Repository in KM and able to see them in KM Content. Then I created TREX index for the WebDAV Repository and perform indexing. When I checked the Display Queue Entries in TREX Monitor, I see that all the folders are indexed. However all documents indexing failed with Return message HTTP Status Code 405: Method Not Allowed, Return code 6405 and Document Status: Preparation Failed.
I have also created index for KM Content, and it is able to index both folders and documents from KM Content correctly.
Please advise.

the index_service user in the portal do not have permissions to access the CRM documents.

I am also facing similar error but in the URL generator host is already correct and working for another country. It is failing with the same error for one of the country. Pls check and suggest.

Hi,
We have configured CRM WebDAV Repository in KM, the CRM attachments are
displayed correctly and reflected in KM Content. We tried to use TREX
to index the CRM WebDAV Repository and it indexed successfully.
However when we try to search for a folder, we found out that the
search behave not as expected. Rather than searching based on the Name
of the folder, the search results returned are based on the folder ID (which consist
of Business Objet ID and random generated id).
Please advise.

I have had SSO established between CRM and Portal. How do I go about providing the index_service user in the portal permissions to access the CRM documents?
I have tried to create equivalent admin user in CRM with the id index_service, however there is 12 characters limitation (max: index_servic). How should I give index_service CRM permissions?
