MI20: Enhancment pack 4, support stack 5

Hi

We are upgrading to Enhancement pack 4, support stack 5 and about to go live in one week.

I am testing MI20 and found that the input screens are the same in our current PROD client and the upgraded RQ1 client. The layouts however are different.

RQ1 upgrade: Selecting Settings only contains u201CBasic listu201D. I am also unable to filter on the report and set up different layouts.

Prod: Selecting Settings has all the options available i.e.: Basic list, Layout, Columns, List status etc.

Any idea on how to solve this?
