Unable to Access OLAP report and Live Office

We have a test environment of BO XI 3.1 SP2 with FP 2.5 both at the server and the client. We were able to access and generate Web Intelligence personal report for MSAS 2000 (SP4). When we tried to use same report in excel 2003 through Live Office it gives this error.

"Failed to get the document information. (LO 26315) A database error occured. The database error text is: Failed to set properties (The component Microsoft® OLE DB Provider for Analysis Services returned server error (Database 'Sales' does not exist.)). (WIS 10901)(6315)"

Please help us in this issue.

I think that error indicates the 2005 client tools are not installed on the machine that tried to make the connection to the DB. When you say this worked in SP4 are you referring to a different server? Another thought is the account being used does not have access to the DB indicated by "Sales' does not exist"
