401K ROTH Benefit Plan


Hi Experts,

1) While setting up 401K ROTH Plan in the system, in node:

Personnel Management -> Benefits -> Plans -> Savings Plans -> Define Savings

Plan General Data.

What is the significance of the Checkbox - Belongs To Employee

2) How is the 401K ROTH Plan linked to 401K Plan in the SAP system ? I mean is there any special node to link these 2 plans ?

3) When an emp opts for both 401K and 401K ROTH Plans, how is the Employer match determined ? Is there a preference ?
