Tracking OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen data in SAP

I am looking for a way to track OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen information in SAP. The ability to track the dates of shots (Hep B series) and annual training by position. Also, tracking the date if shot series was declined by the employee.

I understand that a custom infotype or other custom development is an option, but I'm trying to verify that no other standard functionality exists that I can use?

Please let me know if there is any standard functionality available that I'm missing.
