Tracking OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen data in SAP

I am looking for a way to track OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen information in SAP. The ability to track the dates of shots (Hep B series) and annual training by position. Also, tracking the date if shot series was declined by the employee.

I understand that a custom infotype or other custom development is an option, but I'm trying to verify that no other standard functionality exists that I can use?

Please let me know if there is any standard functionality available that I'm missing.

SAP actually has a Medical Service component built into the EHS Occupational Health module (part of PLM) devoted to this need. It has integration to HCM PA to provide the employee name and personnel number.
