View a list of open Notification in IW29 with closed WO

Hello,

Is there a way to view open notification in IW29 when the Work Order is closed or TECO.

We currently have a lot of Open Notifications but the WO is already closed. I would like to create a varient that will remove the excess noitifications.

Hi,

Goto IW29.

In the notification selection section, hit multiple selection for order. Again in the pop up select multiple selection (PM orders using order list), this will take you to IW39 screen. In IW39 tick 'Completed' in order status section and enter CLSD & TECO in status inclusive and execute. Closed orders will be listed, select all the orders and enter, it will again return to the pop up screen, execute here it will return to IW29 screen. In IW29 select 'outstanding' & "In process' in Notification status section. Also include NOPR & OSNO in status included field. After entering these fields execute and you'll get the open notifications for closed orders.

Hi,

No it is not possible to achieve this query using IW29. You would have to either make a copy of this report and change it, or enhance the report if you are in ECC6.0.

However, You could very quickly create a simple report using Quick Viewer transaction joining table QMEL and AFIH table through the QMNUM field and listing fields QMEL-PHASE and AFIH-IPHAS.Make sure to Include these two fields in the selection criteria of the report to apply the filter along with other fields.
