CR2008 - setting printer properties

In CR XI I was able to set the printer properties in Crystal Reports designer. in CR2008 it looks like I can no longer set the printer properties with in designer. Why did they remove this feature? I have a few reports that need to print our of drawer#1 on the printer so I had this setup in the printer properties within designer.
