Hello, I had at one point read that the Add-on packages BP-ERP05 and BP-INSTASS should only be imported into a Prototyping system or Development system. Any other systems such as Test and Production shouldbe built according to the same strategy but not with the Add-Ons. I cannot find this in any documents anywhere. The closest I have managed to
find is the statement below. Unless I can confirm otherwise I am requested to import BP-ERP05 and BP-INSTASS into Production.

In the prototype or sandbox system, you can install a complete SAP Best Practices solution and try out the scenarios. You can use this, for example, in prototyping workshops to create detailed specifications in an implementation project and for presales presentations. Then after deciding which scenarios are relevant, you install this special selection in a development system. Here you add customer specific deltas and then transport your settings into a quality system. After testing your scenarios (probably with your own master data imported via LSMW) you finally transport all the tested settings into the productive system.
