Approve Trips Requests in the portal

Dear experts,

I´m implementing TV (Travel Management) with ECC 6.04 and ESS/MSS with BP 1.41.

The workflows are not actived yet.

Once the employee has registered the tríp, through portal in ESS, the chief like to display the trip information, but this is missed.

You could get the screenshot displayed in the portal. I´d like to know if this screen show data only when the workflows are actived.

Any help is highly appreciated.
