Schedule to particular Job Server

We have two crystal job servers. A batch process when executed schedules reports in batch sizes of 1000. This therefore loads up both job servers. Is there a way I can only load one job server and use the other for on-demand scheduling/viewing etc? Or maybe setup a batch-only-Job server per se?
