i am basically new to sap, solution manager and the chaRM module. I managed to set up chaRM with the help of the basis team. Now I'm facing an issue, where i can't find a solution for at all.
When I try to change the phase of my solution manager project via the service desk transaction, i always find myself in front of the error:
An action was terminated due to an exceptional situation.
Message no. SOCM_ACTION_LOG 090
An exception has been triggered in PPF action processing.
Action processing has been terminated. The status of the transaction is still incorrect.
You cannot execute the action until the cause of the error has been removed.
The error messages will be kept until the transaction is next checked for subsequent analysis.
Procedure for System Administration
If necessary, analyze other messages in the application log for the incorrect transaction. To analyze the termination, you can activate the breakpoints in the checkpoint group socm_exception.
Exception CX_SOCM_CONDITION_VIOLATED occurred (program:
CL_IM_CHM1_HF_CHECK_SET=======CM002, line: 327).
This only occurs in the service desk transaction. I can change the phase in the task list without any problems.
Any help would be much appreciated.
