Central Adapter Engine - cache refresh not starting

Hi,

i have an issue where the cache refresh for the central adapter engine is not starting. All other cache refreshes work ok.

The cache notification for this cache refresh works ok but not starting or completing.

Restarting the server does not rectify the issue and a full cache refresh does not fix it it either. The cache refresh entry does exist in the CIM within the SLD.

Not sure what else to check.

Any ideas ?

Go to http://hostname:50<nn>0/CPACache - > View cache update history and see the Log .

Kindly paste the log .

Please also check whether you can see the adapter engine in the RWB and whether its properly registered in the SLD.

Here's your checklist:

SLDCHECK --> make sure no red errors

SU01 --> see if any service user's locked

http://<hostname>:5<nn>00/rwb --> Component Monitoring --> check each node of integration server and adapter engine --> communication channel monitoring
