Print output type twice

Hello,

Is it possible to print (e.g) an order confirmation twice to two different printers or do I need two create a copy of the output type for the second printer? In transaction VP01 it is possible to maintain just one printer. Transaction NACE doensn't seem to offer a solution for this either.

If you want to issue print manually, then it is possible.

Change the Printer details while issuing output in Commnication details of the OUTPUT type.

Is it like User "A" want to print the order confirmation, from 2 different printers at the same time. Or User "A" and "B" wants to print same order confirmation from their department printers?

If User "A" want to print the order confirmation, from 2 different printers at the same time - then you have to go for another output type.

User "A" and "B" wants to print same order confirmation from their department printers - Then you can do this. Assign LOCAL printer to the output type as default. Then set the relevant printer as default printer in their relevant computers (Windows settings)

When User "A" wants to print the order confirmation - SAP will direct it to the LOCAL printer in the server. Then it will automatically direct to the default printer of the user's computer. (Where as it's his department printer)

When user "B" try to print it, it will automatically get printed from his department printer as per the above logic.
