We have a manufactuirng plant which has been defined in the system, in the same plant there will be seperate group to manage the contract manufactuirng. This group has to be identified in the system, should I create a virtual plant (with the same adddress for this group), or is there any other higher archy to take care of this req.

What activities the other group is going to do ?

If it is purely purchasing, then use different Purchasing Org & Group.

You could simply identify by Purchasing Org. or Purchasing Group elow that. What level of identification do you need ?

Ca you udapte about the contract manufacting activity for othere plant .

Because , u have created one plant as manufacturing plant .

I hope the contract activity of othere plant also comes under this plane .

So there should be only one palnt .

If no, give us more information , whata and how exactly the othere roles and activities ??
