Copy Measuring Point from 1 FL to other FL

Hi,

I need to copy the Measuring Point( General Data, Counter Data & Classfication) from 1 Func Location to another Func Location.

Please suggest me...

In TCode IL01, ensure you enter a FLoc in the Copy from section of the screen.

A pop-up should appear in which you can select the MeasPoints/Counters

2 Func Location are existing in SAP database.

HI,

As suggest Pete, Plese go to IL01 and enter the referece functional location, then press enter

once you press enter pop will appear , where you select measuringpoint, class etc as required by you

then automatically data will transfer to new functionallocation which u creted.

If both the Functional location already exists in the system, then you will not be able to copy measurement point from one FL to another. You will have to manually or pro grammatically create the measurement point.

This can to be done while creating the functional location. you can copy general data, measuring point as well as classification.

you can use reference functional location also.
