Hi Gurus,
I have one issue in BBPCRM 4.0. while creating shopping cart with a new Product group.
I have created new material Group in R/3 and replicate the same through TX CRM2.
I have defined GL accounts for new product category.
Add new Product category to the org structure.(company codes)
Assign New PC to the purchase groups
1)Now I am not able to see the description for this new PC in SRM.Can suggest why ?
2)Why I am not able to create a SC using new Product Category.
3)Is there any steps missing ?
4)How can I check the assignment of new Product category in the org structure?
Please advise. Appreciate any update on this subject.
Thanks and Regards,
Pradeep

Thanks to Both SG and Muthu,
Are you mentioning about the IMG activity,
Define the Objects in backbend system ?
It is already in configured as we are using ECC the target system is set as R/3 system.
Could you please confirm.
I have performed all the steps which you have mentioned and I have run the extract few times and the status is green.
Still I am not able to see the description of the Product category in SRM and not able to create a SC with new Product category.

Pradeep
really. you must see this time. or do one thing. position wise you maintain your product cateogory.
you must get ready to do shop.
or
check define product category settings for backend system. here you are registering in the srm system you are going to use this product categor,
in desribe procurement (free text) you must see the category. search it and see...
