how can we sell services in sales order & billing is happen with reference to order or delivery.

what is the process & how can we configure in SAP.

i need full details with all require configuration.

HI,

If you are sellling service via sales order..then ,

I hope you must track.....service hours and components are using .kind of thing...

Then you need to follow service order with ref of sales order...so that you can take SO as ref and create Proforma/Invoice any thing.

If you can elabroate the BP

You can do that with the help of the Item category settings....

Billing can happen with reference to the Order...
