Hi,
In infotypes you have to learn how to enhance standard and custom infotypes.
You also need to get some knowledge on clusters, and how to pull data from the clusters.
Clusters are important when u r working with payroll stuff, because the payroll data is stored in cluster tables.
Time management is also important in HR, especially time constraints.
Try to get knowlege on different submodules in HR like PA, TM, Payroll, Recruitment, and OM.

Dear Krishna,

There are lots of material available over the internet. For some of the start up you find it on [My Personal Blog Site|http://gauravpatwari.wordpress.com].
I have also posted one of the article for the creation of Custom infotype creation for PA (Personal Administration) module.

2. [SAPDB|http://sapdb.info/] website is having good material.
If any thing else is required do let me know. Hope this will suffice your requirement.
