Txt file displaying funny characters instead of proper chinese characters

Hi Experts,

I have this custom program which downloads the data into txt file using WS_DOWNLOAD. The text file contains some chinese characters. The issue is that the text file is not displaying the correct chinese characters as '登话费' instead it displays ' +-'. Also I am getting the correct display in the final itab used for the above FM. This issue with custom program occured after upgradation also FYI they have implemented the unicode system also. Please advice.

Hi ,

How did you solve this problem? Even I am facing similar issue while downloading the data in excel.
