Our basic Warehouse configuration is
Sloc 001 Warehouse X01 u2013 Raw and Production
Sloc 002 Warehouse X02 u2013 Finished Goods
With have a situation where the same material it is being stored by default in the Finished goods Warehouse X02 but it is also used for special assembly in the Production Floor (controlled by WM - Warehouse X01 - Special storage type)
We have tried several examples but we do not have a way yet to automatically or semi-automatically to trigger replenishment using a WM control cycle; Kanban or fixed bin replenishment from Finished Good to the Raw Material Warehouse . Note the material is always received and stored in Finished Goods X02
We have not yet been able to figure out what it is needed?
It looks like you cannot trigger replenishment of parts across Warehouses if the Source warehouse is attached to a storage location different from the source Storage location /Warehouse
Need some ideas ???
