MEk1 update and ME1M report no longer accurate

Former Member

I used MEK1 to create new pricing for some materials, with validity period of 5/1/2010 to 12/31/9999.

When I look at ME1M, I see today's valid price with a valid to date of 12/31/9999 - this is not correct.

When I display the info record and look at the PB00 pricing there, all is correct.

EINE PRDAT is 12/31/9999

Many people use the ME1M to "see" what is current in purchasing and how long prices are valid for.

How do I get the correct date showing for EINE-PRDAT

thank you for your help

Solved - Found that in 4.6 and higher, the fields are updated from the conditin records.

Running Program RM06INP0 updates the info record fields based on the condition record.

Hi

In inforecord price will get updated based on the PO price.

You have updated the price for material at MEK1, but hope no po is been created after the price updation. Once the PO is created for same material(for which is price is changed), then it will update the inforecord report: Me1m

Or you can update the inforecord manually for the concern material using me12, once manual update is done, then check the me1m report, you will get the correct price for the respective material.

Hope it helps
