Deletion of Business entities

Hello real estate gurus,

My client wants to be able to delete business entities without starting at the bottom of the hierarchy (without first deleting rental contract,rental space,pooled space,building,land and finally business entity). Please advise if there is any BAPI or function module that can do this or would this be a huge custom program technical development starting at the bottom of the hierarchy.
