Deletion of Business entities

Hello real estate gurus,

My client wants to be able to delete business entities without starting at the bottom of the hierarchy (without first deleting rental contract,rental space,pooled space,building,land and finally business entity). Please advise if there is any BAPI or function module that can do this or would this be a huge custom program technical development starting at the bottom of the hierarchy.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you Vuppala, I tried these programs and they require 'Classic Real Estate' to be installed......we are using Flexible Real estate.........is there a more recent version of these programs.

Hi,

I have not checked properly about that programs.

Only available option is use the BAPI, which is a normal way of creating. I don't think there is a seperate program to rebuilt as you asked.

Thank you for your reply. I tested the program and found it very useful and will do the job. However the client now wants to rebuild the business entry so my final question is there a program that we can use to recontruct the BE without having to manually do it using the step approach.

For rebuild you need to provide the data in file and use the below programs for loading the data.

RFVIWEDI : RE Business Entity: Direct Input

RFVIWEGN : RE Business Entity: Direct Input (Generate)

RFVIWESH : RE Business Entity: Direct Input (Show)

This talks about the archive the data and delete the data.

Procedure has been given in the documentation.

Archiving objects for the Real Estate starts with "REFX_*"

For the BE the object is REFX_BE
