When I try to launch the CMC, I get a new window that opens that says "Line: 47". It gives me no other instructions on what is going on. Can anyone help?
Thanks,
Tim
When I go to Start > All programs > Business Objects > Crystal Report Server > .NET Administration Launchpad, the page opens fine. When I open any of the Administration Tools, they open. When I open infoView, it opens. When I attempt to open Central Management Console, I get a window that only says "line: 47". I don't know what else you are looking for. That's about all the information that I can think to give.

No problem at all.
Based on the version number and the fact that this is a new install and it never worked, I suspect that during install CMC functionality wasn't properly installed to IIS.
You can try 2 things :
1. Run Modify from Add/Remove programs, double check that all .NET components and WCA are checked and check if any are missing.
2. Upgrade to the last avaialble service pack (I think it's Sp6 for CRS) , which should re-register all components.
I checked .NET components and WCA, everything is there. I've installed the service packs and am still getting the same error when I try to launch CMC. When I try to run a report, I get the following error "Unable to retrieve Object.
Library not registered. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8002801D (TYPE_E_LIBNOTREGISTERED))" Could the 2 errors be linked?
you have to provide more info than that for us to even begin to unerstand what happens.
