Hi,
I notice something that I never thought before.
I always used to send error mails in PI via BPM (previously, I create everything I must create in ALRTCATDEF tx).
But now, in a new client, I notice that when a message fails in PI, the mail is sent even if the interface doesn't have BPM.
How can I configure a "standard" mail for every interface created and going to be created? Is this possible? Where is this set?

yes. The recipient will receive the email provided in su01 his user id details contains the email address
PI always sent this independently of any interface if a message fails?
This depends on the alert rule configured.
If you mention there are no restrictions and you provide the default for all the inputs then in any failure, alerts will be triggered.
hi ,
in the alert rules in RWB u can configure the alerts for each of the interface u want....if u do not create a alert rule here for that interface it will not generate a email..
also if u want a general alert email..in the alert category just add the standard container variables like namespcae, interface , service..etc..and in the long text construct a standard email using this variables
Thank you all for replying so fast.
