Delivery Type

Dear All,

Is there any delivery type or delivery Item Category where NO PGI option available, just saving the delivery document fulfill the delivery quantity purpose.

Because my product have no value, so no impact on the available stock.

Will create invoice with reference to delivery..

Looking for the prompt response..

I find some of your questions are good ones to learn the new things which I havent come across before.

However it is not clear which solution (among many solutions) fixed your issue. (as I dont see "correct, very helpful or helpful" stars)

Could you be so kind and write at the end, besides "done" either the "solution in one line" or write "thanks and name of the expert who gave you solution to fix your problem"

It is very unfortunate that only a very few members have that courtesy to update the forum. I dont know whether this gentleman falls under which category !!!!!!!!!

No it is not there in SAP. Have the item category as TAX so that it will not check for stock but you can do PGI.

I think you just want the delivery will not affact the inventory, right ?

I have a solution. you can set a new schedule line without Movement type.

When you processing the PGI, system will create a service document, it will not reduce the stock.

Hi Imran,

You could consider changing the copy control from delivery to billing.

In standard system, the requirement is set to check whether the delivery document has posted goods issue.

You could change it to let the invoice created without PGI for specific delivery type.

Hi,

In copy controll VTFL

Maintain copying Requirement type 011 at Header level

Then you will be able to create invoice with refrance to delivery even though no PGI happened for delivery.

Normaly the pricing determination in delivery is done only for some special condition type like freight charge.

You could assign prcing procedure for delivery type by following menu path

IMG->Logistics Execution->Shipping->Basic Shipping Functions->Pricing
