While posting a GR to a process order, we get an error that the booking is aborted due to inconsistency in classification. We have lot no,management system.
We do not know how to overcome this error. Any ideas how to solve this?

You mean the material is batch managed?
Go to MSC2n and look at error messages associated with the classification inconsistteny check
