Hello
We are using SAP CRM 2007, The users logon in CRM using SAP GUI and they can to access CRM Web UI invoking it from SAP GUI but they have to provide their user ID and password again.
I need configure a mechanism to access CRM WEB UI from SAP gui using the logon information provided in the sap gui, I understand that Single sign on is between systems and the crm web UI are bsp's on the same server (ABAP instance). However I have the following parameters in the instance profile:
login/accept_sso2_ticket 1
login/create_sso2_ticket 2
Do I need additional configuration to activate single sign on for crm web ui?
How to setup the access to crm web ui taking logon information from sap gui?
Thanks in advanced for your cooperation.
Hello,
could you please describe why your users are logging into SAPGUI with CRM 2007 since SAPGUI is no longer supported for CRM2007.
You could create a favorite in SAPGUI for the UI-start and giving some parameters in the details of this favorite:
sap-language
sap-user
sap-passwort (not recommended).
or you can also set the following parameter in this favorite which will allow to save user / password in the internetexplorer popup. Our internal users use this and they will never be asked again for the webclient UI user and password. But this is only recommended if there is a 1to1 relation between user and client.
sap-system-login-basic_auth --> X
I hope this helps.
Best regards
Manfred

Hello,
Thanks a lot for your answer, it is very helpful.
It is a requeriment of the project team that is working in CRM, I need to know is exist a SAP Note or a document to explain that SAP GUI is no longer supported for CRM 2007.
I can to work it with the team and validate the requeriment to use SAP gui but I need the documentation.
Thanks in advanced,
