Hi ALL,
I´m having problems exporting info to Excel. I´m using CRM 2007. Apparently it is limited to only 46 lines in Excel sheet.
For example, I search all my Opportunities and I find 68 results in the results list. I want to export them to Excel, but only the first 46 opportunities are exported into Excel (the other 22 are missing!

PS: this happens when I have a filter only. If I search for all opportunities, I can export all of them...but if I filter the opportunities under my responsibility (for example, search by BP number), then I only get 46 lines as described above! tks

Hi,
This is a standard functionality. If you are curious, launch transaction SICF and look at the handler classes under the relevant node. I'm away from teh system and cannot recall the exact path, but you will have no trouble identifying it. I'm talking about a service node responsible for exporting table view content to excel. It takes the filter into account.

Hello Arun. Thanks for replying.
But I've found out what the problem was...it was a silly thing. Excel would not recognize a dash on the opportunity description so it would cranck up...all I did was delete the dash and it is now working properly. I can get all opportunities to be exported.
