Error while refreshing webi report.

Hi Team,

I am on BI 4.2 SP6, using UNV universe. While refreshing migrated webi report in BI 4.2 SP6, I am getting below error: The previous BI version is 3.1 sp6.

"Not able to refresh the report to test the data, below error occurs [Teradata][ODBC Teradata Driver][Teradata Database] Object 'VW_SYS DATE' does not exist. . For information about this error, please refer to SAP Knowledge Base Article 2054721 on the SAP Support Portal. (IES 10901) (Error: INF )"

I went through KBA 2054721, owever it is genraic and had a no luck.

I tested connection and it works fine. User has access on DB.

Any inputs on this are appreciated.

Yes, we have verified that object is exist in universe and database. However if we give Owner names to the tables we can then parse the objects but the moment we remove the Owner names we get the above error.

I see from the error, that an Object 'VW_SYS DATE' does not exist, so, check if this object still in the universe, and if the related column and table are exist DB

Yes, Drivers are instaleed on server and clint. Driver versions are compatible.

Are you refreshing it on the server or on the client?

The driver should be installed on the client/server from which you are refreshing.
