Dear C4C Experts
i am trying to restrict users from creating new tickets and in the same time have only " edit " authority on the tickets
is there any possible way to do that

Hello,
1.Go to Administrator work center->Business Role ->Edit Business Role ->Go to Field and Actions facet ->Go to section 'Business Action Restriction' ->click on Add Row ->search with business context 'Ticket'.
=>Here you can see what all actions can be disable/unrestricted for Tickets .
***Please Note :=>
Creation/Editing are related to Write Access .So if an user can edit ticket , he should also be able to create the same ticket .
