How to check stocks at a Functional Location in SAP PM?

Hi

We are issuing spare parts from the warehouse to maintenance team for repairs. After posting GI, stock is reduced from the warehouse. Ideally this stock should be visible at functional location until it is fully consumed i.e. repair task/work is completed. May I know how do we track it in SAP PM?

The parts are usually issued to work orders. You can try running transaction iw38, select work orders, then click the following menu path.

Environment>Goods Movement

Thanks for your reply. Does it provide some details like

- After receiving from warehouse and before starting the task how much stock is there?

- After completion of task, how much stock is there?

Instead of just material documents if it can provide the stock details at functional location it will be good for inventory/finance perspectives.
