Backend system changed for SUS

Hi,

We have MM-SUS scenario on SRM 5.0, PI 7.0 and R/34.7c. Now we are upgrading ERP to ECC 6.0. The old backend system name is D07CLNT100 and the new name is D08CLNT100.

Can anyone let me know what are the steps need to be carried out in SRM for synchronising with the new backend system. Complete system details are chenged for ERP (IP, System ID etc.).
